In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the development of compelling and high-quality proposals for engineering, chemical, and power sector projects, contributing significantly to Descon’s continued growth and expanding global presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the entire proposal development process, from initial inquiry to final submission, ensuring compliance and quality.
- Collaborate with engineering, business development, and project management teams to gather technical and commercial information.
- Develop comprehensive cost estimates, project schedules, and detailed technical write-ups.
- Ensure all proposals are strategically aligned with Descon’s business objectives and client requirements.
- Participate in client clarification meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and relevant industry regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in proposal management or bid coordination, preferably within the oil & gas, engineering, or power sectors.
- Strong background in project management principles and project lifecycle knowledge.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical details clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field is essential.
- Proficiency in proposal management software and advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
