    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and deliver technical, behavioral, compliance, and leadership training programs.
    • Conduct training needs analysis and develop learning plans aligned with business objectives.
    • Create training materials, manuals, SOPs, e-learning modules, and facilitator guides.
    • Deliver classroom and virtual training sessions in Arabic and English.
    • Manage LMS operations, training calendars, and documentation.
    • Conduct pre- and post-training assessments and evaluate learning effectiveness.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business, or a related discipline.
    • Proven experience in Learning & Development, preferably in the insurance industry.
    • Strong LMS, training operations, and performance management experience.
    • Native or near-native Arabic proficiency with strong English skills.
    • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Experience in PIPs and coaching is an added advantage.
