Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technical, behavioral, compliance, and leadership training programs.
- Conduct training needs analysis and develop learning plans aligned with business objectives.
- Create training materials, manuals, SOPs, e-learning modules, and facilitator guides.
- Deliver classroom and virtual training sessions in Arabic and English.
- Manage LMS operations, training calendars, and documentation.
- Conduct pre- and post-training assessments and evaluate learning effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong LMS, training operations, and performance management experience.
- Native or near-native Arabic proficiency with strong English skills.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in PIPs and coaching is an added advantage.
