    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with Explora Journeys’ business objectives.
    • Oversee the creation, delivery, and evaluation of engaging training programs for both onboard and shore-based employees.
    • Identify current and future skill gaps and develop targeted interventions to enhance individual and organizational performance.
    • Manage learning management systems (LMS) and other digital learning platforms effectively.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and talent development within the company.
    • Collaborate closely with HR and departmental heads to ensure learning initiatives meet specific needs.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in a Learning & Development management role, ideally within the luxury hospitality or travel sector.
    • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and talent development methodologies.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lead projects, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in utilizing various L&D technologies, tools, and platforms.
    • Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams towards continuous improvement and learning.
