Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with business goals.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate engaging training programs for all levels of staff.
- Identify training needs through performance analysis and employee feedback.
- Manage the resort’s learning management system and resources.
- Coach and mentor department heads to facilitate effective on-the-job training.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Learning & Development within the hospitality sector, preferably in a luxury resort.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and HR software.
