Job Overview
SIBCA, a leading Solution Integrator Provider in the UAE since 1977, is seeking a Legal and Contracts Manager to join its Abu Dhabi office. This role will oversee the review, negotiation, and management of contracts, ensuring compliance with UAE laws and minimizing legal and financial risks. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial awareness, particularly in the construction or MEP engineering sectors.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify legal issues and risks in contracts and legal documents.
- Review, draft, and amend contract terms and conditions.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients.
- Ensure compliance with SIBCA’s policies and UAE regulations.
- Draft, review, and amend legal notices and related communications.
- Evaluate customer requests for contract revisions.
- Stay updated on changes in applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6–8 years of experience handling contracts and legal matters.
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws and compliance requirements.
- Experience in construction or MEP engineering sector preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle complex contract workflows under pressure.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
