• Salary Range: AED 8,000 – 12,000 per month

• Qualifications: LLB Degree (mandatory)
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and assisting with commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
• Assisting with contingent liability assessments and preparation of risk reports.
• Conducting organizational risk assessments and supporting compliance processes.
• Providing legal guidance to internal teams on day-to-day operational and contractual queries.
• Managing legal administration, paperwork, document control, and maintaining organized files.
• Preparing and submitting documents to authorities and following up on approvals.

Requirements

• LLB Degree (mandatory)
• 1–3 years of experience in corporate, commercial, regulatory, or real estate legal work.
• Strong understanding of legal drafting, commercial contract principles, and document structure.
• Knowledge of UAE legislation, including UAE Civil Code, Commercial Law, and Labour Law.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
