    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide expert legal advice and support across all business units in the EMEA region.
    • Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
    • Ensure strict compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, particularly in financial technology.
    • Manage legal risks, disputes, and litigation matters effectively and strategically.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on legal aspects of product development, market expansion, and corporate governance.
    • Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments impacting the capital markets and technology sectors in EMEA.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Law from an accredited institution.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Counsel, preferably within the FinTech or capital markets industry.
    • Strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance in EMEA jurisdictions.
    • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global and multicultural environment.
    • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French is a distinct advantage.
