Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the highest standards of Guest safety in the water.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the Pool.
- Perform first aid and CPR as required.
- Report any maintenance issues to Engineering Department immediately.
- Cross promotion of the Recreation offerings and Nation Riviera memberships.
- Engage and interact with the guests and strive to increase the guest’s satisfaction.
Requirements
- CPR Certification.
- First Aid Certification.
- Lifeguard Beach and Pool Certificate.
- Any certification or training required by local and state agencies.
- Adherence to all HR and hotel policies and procedures.
