Key Responsibilities

• Use appropriate rescue techniques for swimmers in need of assistance.
• Observe the swimming area for dangerous conditions and unsafe activities.
• Promote and enforce the rules and regulations of the recreation facility.
• Provide assistance to injured guests until emergency medical services arrive.
• Obtain, fold, and stack towels according to company procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck by washing and mopping.

Requirements

• CPR Certification
• First Aid Certification
• Fitness Equipment Certification
• Any certification or training required by local and state agencies.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects.
