Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor swimming pool and beach areas to prevent accidents.
  • Enforce all aquatic facility rules and regulations.
  • Respond immediately to emergency situations and administer first aid or CPR as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool deck and surrounding areas.
  • Educate guests on water safety and answer their inquiries.
  • Conduct regular checks of safety equipment and report any issues.

Requirements

  • Current Lifeguard certification (e.g., Red Cross, YMCA).
  • Ability to perform CPR and administer first aid.
  • Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
  • Excellent observation and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
