Key Responsibilities
- Operate light duty vehicles safely and efficiently for company material and personnel transport.
- Perform daily vehicle checks and maintenance, ensuring vehicles are kept clean and in good working order.
- Supervise a small team or specific on-site tasks as a Chargehand, ensuring work is completed to standards.
- Ensure timely delivery and collection of materials from various sites.
- Maintain accurate vehicle logs and records of journeys and deliveries.
- Adhere to all UAE traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license for light vehicles.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Light Duty Driver, preferably within the construction or industrial sector.
- Demonstrated experience or potential for a supervisory role (Chargehand).
- Good knowledge of Dubai and broader UAE road networks.
- Strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and reliability.
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
