Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all livelihood programs and projects within the assigned area in Burundi.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to address poverty, food insecurity, and inequality.
- Ensure effective coordination and collaboration with local partners, community leaders, and stakeholders.
- Manage program budgets, resources, and administrative processes efficiently.
- Monitor program progress, evaluate impact, and prepare comprehensive reports for internal and external use.
- Represent WeWorld Onlus in relevant sectoral meetings, clusters, and donor engagements.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5 Year+) in managing livelihood programs, preferably within an international NGO.
- Strong understanding of humanitarian and development principles, particularly in poverty reduction.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, implementation, and M&E.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and build strong relationships with communities.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
