Key Responsibilities

• Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service.
• Be available for guests at all times as a point of contact.
• Actively represent all standards of the Arabian Cultural Connection program.
• Welcome guests upon arrival, escort them to check-in, and bid farewell upon departure.
• Use the Tablet Registration tool to register guests on queue.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the hotel and local services to respond to guest queries.

Requirements

• Ideally have a diploma / degree in hospitality.
• Previous experience in the Front Office Department within a hotel.
• Polite and sophisticated manner with excellent command of the English language.
• Multiple language ability is considered as an additional advantage.
• Customer-driven and proactive with an outgoing and approachable character.
