You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and extending the Arabic hospitality culture to all guests and visitors, serving Arabic coffee, sharing directions, and informing about current promotions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a good working relationship with all Front Office Colleagues.
• Greet guests upon arrival in a professional and friendly manner.
• Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service.
• Maintain effective communication with all related departments.
• Extend personal service and attention to all guests.
• Control guests waiting in the Queue for check-in and check-out.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in hospitality with experience in the Front Office Department.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a guest services role.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage guest requests and preferences efficiently and courteously.
