Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Front Office professional to work as a Lobby Ambassador. You will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to guests and ensuring an efficient and courteous service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service.
• Actively represent all standards of the Arabian Cultural Connection program.
• Welcome guests upon arrival, escort them to check-in, and bid farewell upon departure.
• Use the Tablet Registration tool to register guests waiting to check-in.
• Extend personal service to all Guests, especially Club Rotana, VIP, and Rotana Rewards Guests.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel and local services to respond to guest queries.

Requirements

• Ideally, a diploma / degree in hospitality with previous experience in Front Office.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Polite and sophisticated manner.
• Customer-driven and proactive personality.
• Good interpersonal skills and smart appearance.
• Multiple language ability is an advantage.
