Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and bid farewell to guests in a traditional manner.
• Assist guests with resort activity inquiries and requests.
• Maintain established levels of guest service in the reception area.
• Actively elicit guest feedback and preferences to maximize satisfaction.
• Coordinate transportation for guests, including buggy, sea plane, and airport transfers.
• Handle difficult situations effectively, following resort policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English, foreign languages an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Lobby Host, preferably in a similar quality hotel.
• A friendly and outgoing behavior.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• Strong decision-making abilities.
