    Key Responsibilities

    • Expedite ENEC Operations outstanding materials to support the operations and maintenance of BNPP.
    • Follow up with local and overseas suppliers on ordered materials to check on the progress of the shipment.
    • Provide progress feedback reports to the Procurement Team and End-users on overdue material orders from suppliers.
    • Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
    • Coordinate with Buyers, End-users, Nuclear Specification Engineering, and Suppliers regarding discrepancies.
    • Escalate disputes, payment issues, and rate discrepancies between the Finance Team and Suppliers to management.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management or relevant field.
    • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
    • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
    • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
    • Ability to resolve logistical issues effectively.
    • Familiarity with supplier performance evaluation.
