Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end logistics operations for local UAE deliveries and international export shipments.
- Prepare, verify, and manage all shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, AWBs, and customs documentation, in compliance with UAE regulations and international trade laws.
- Use SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to process orders, track inventory, monitor shipment status, and maintain accurate records.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and suppliers to book shipments, negotiate rates, and resolve transit issues.
- Plan and optimize local delivery routes and schedules within the UAE, including coordination of company vehicles when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator, preferably within the UAE, handling both local distribution and international exports.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP for logistics and supply chain operations.
- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
