Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments of medical devices.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, and courier services.
- Ensure compliance with MOHAP and GDP relevant regulations.
- Oversee daily logistics activities including shipment planning, tracking, and documentation.
- Monitor and optimize inventory movement between distribution centers, warehouses, and customers.
- Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records using ERP systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics, preferably within the medical device, pharmaceutical or healthcare distribution industry.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping practices and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
