Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, manage, and oversee daily operations at the site to ensure smooth workflows and timely task completion.
- Coordinate with client site leaders, contractors, and the onshore team for operational updates and equipment status.
- Ensure all site personnel comply with scheduled maintenance plans and safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of equipment repairs, maintenance logs, and inventory.
- Prepare and submit timely daily, weekly, and monthly equipment status and integrity reports as per client requirements.
- Act as the primary on-site escalation point for operational and technical issues.
Requirements
- Guarantee full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and local regulations.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and meetings to promote employee engagement and HSE awareness.
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and coordinate the procurement of necessary spare parts.
- Carry out routine inspections and quality control checks, reporting findings to the maintenance team.
- Effectively manage site resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
