Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations, including shipment scheduling, tracking, and delivery follow-ups.
• Manage communication with transporters, suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain shipment records, invoices, delivery notes, and related documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and support warehouse coordination for timely dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customs regulations, and local transport laws.
• Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles, preferably in Dubai.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with logistics software, inventory systems, and MS Office.
• Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and work in a time-sensitive environment.
