The Logistics Manager will oversee the company’s supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance with service agreements, and continuous process optimization.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure implementation of agreements with logistics stakeholders.
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs, preventing deviations from set standards.
- Implement continuous improvement processes to optimize workflows.
- Coordinate the internal team for planning, stock management, and supplier orders.
- Manage international transport operations.
- Analyze performance indicators, costs, and deviations while managing the department’s budget.
Requirements
- Academic background in Engineering or Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational logistics management.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage teams and optimize processes.
