Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all logistics operations specifically within the food sector.
• Optimize supply chain processes to ensure efficient delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate seamlessly with suppliers, distributors, and internal cross-functional teams.
• Implement and monitor logistics Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and industry standards.
• Manage inventory levels, warehousing activities, and distribution networks.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in logistics management, with a preference for the food industry.
• Strong understanding of modern supply chain principles and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and critical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage complex logistics networks and lead diverse teams effectively.
• Familiarity with relevant logistics management software and systems.
• Fluency in Italian and English is highly advantageous for this role in Milan.
