Job Overview
We are seeking a Logistics Specialist (f/m/x) to join our Export team in Estenfeld (near Würzburg). In this role, you will ensure that test devices for our clinical trial business lines are shipped to hospitals and research centers worldwide — reliably, on time, and in compliance with all requirements. This position is an excellent opportunity for logistics professionals eager to contribute to advancing clinical research.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and process shipping/receiving paperwork according to guidelines
- Coordinate schedules across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other internal teams
- Handle daily Proforma Invoices and Return Orders
- Track and monitor shipments, escalating urgent issues when necessary
- Ensure compliance with shipping dates, documentation, and regulations
- Communicate with internal departments and external freight forwarders
- Organize and process global inbound/outbound shipments
- Maintain KPIs and support logistics reporting
- Perform additional reasonable logistics-related tasks as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields (preferred)
- Apprenticeship or professional training in logistics/forwarding/industrial environment
- At least 6 months’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or administration
- Fluent in English (mandatory) and advanced German (preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
- High reliability, flexibility, and independence
