Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Manage inventory levels and stock movements to optimize storage and distribution.
- Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments to streamline logistics processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant international and local shipping regulations, especially for pharmaceutical products.
- Implement and improve logistics strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare and process necessary documentation for shipments and customs clearance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Logistics Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and logistics processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
