Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Showcase luxury properties in Downtown Dubai, Creek Harbor, and Business Bay.
- Negotiate deals at the highest level, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Participate in marketing events and digital campaigns to promote listings.
- Continuously learn and develop through in-house training and Coldwell Banker University courses.
Requirements
- Ambitious and self-motivated (experienced agents and freshers welcome!).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Passion for real estate and building long-term client relationships.
- Strong understanding of the Downtown Dubai & Business Bay markets (a plus).
- Valid UAE Driving License and access to a car – mandatory.
