Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for LV switchgear systems, MCCs, control panels and circuit protection devices.
- Collaborate with application engineering and product management teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide technical guidance on product selection, configuration, and compatibility.
- Assist in pre-sales technical clarification and after – sales support when required.
- Stay updated on industry standards ( IEC ), company product updates and new technologies.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company quality standards during all technical interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in LV, Electrical Distribution or Industrial Control.
- In depth knowledge of LV Switchgear systems and Circuit Protection components.
- Experience with Salesforce is a must.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
