    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in developing and implementing machine learning models for TikTok Shop’s global e-commerce search.
    • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and optimize search relevance and ranking algorithms.

    • Conduct experiments and A/B tests to evaluate model performance and user experience improvements.

    Requirements

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related technical field.
    • Strong foundational understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and algorithms.
    • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++).
    • Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) is a plus.
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
    • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a proactive attitude.
