Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, inspect, maintain, and repair building services and equipment.
- Implement and execute planned preventive maintenance (PPM) programs.
- Respond promptly to engineering and guest service requests.
- Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance activities.
- Monitor energy consumption and assist in implementing energy-saving initiatives.
- Coordinate with other departments to support guest operations and resolve issues quickly.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an engineering/maintenance role within a 4- or 5-star hotel, resort, or large facility.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, pumps, electrical systems, plumbing, and general building services.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings/schematics and using maintenance software/systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic would be advantageous.
