    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians in daily operations.
    • Oversee the preventative maintenance program for all hotel facilities and equipment.
    • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring timely resolution.
    • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues.
    • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company policies.
    • Assist in managing inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
    • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Knowledge of various maintenance trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry).
    • Good communication skills in English and French (desirable).
