Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians in daily operations. Oversee the preventative maintenance program for all hotel facilities and equipment. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring timely resolution. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company policies. Assist in managing inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts.

Requirements

Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably within the hospitality sector. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of various maintenance trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry). Good communication skills in English and French (desirable).
