Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert Tier 3 engineering support for managed services clients in the telecommunications sector.
• Utilize and manage AireSpring’s AIreCONTROL ITSM platform for network monitoring, control, and automation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network, security, and unified communications issues.
• Ensure optimal secure network performance and high resiliency across various global providers.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to implement and maintain integrated IT and network solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of network services and operational processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managed services or network engineering, specifically in telecommunications.
• Strong expertise in SD-WAN, SASE, firewalls, routers, and connectivity solutions.
• Proficiency with ITSM platforms, ideally with AIOps capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
