Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for jobs and skills within Singapore’s infocomm media sector.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Public Policy, Infocomm or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in workforce development, project management, or skills initiatives, preferably within government or the infocomm sector.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to interpret market trends and formulate effective programs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated passion for driving innovation and digital inclusion in Singapore’s economy.
