    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage end-to-end procurement activities across assigned business categories.

    • Oversee the full contract lifecycle including drafting, review, and negotiation.
    • Establish and maintain effective supplier relationships while ensuring performance accountability.
    • Ensure procurement activities comply with internal governance, SOP, and regulatory standards.
    • Provide direction, coaching, and guidance to team members, supporting their career development.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
    • 12+ years of progressive procurement experience in a complex, multi-category environment.
    • Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, category management, and procurement processes.
    • Advanced negotiation and commercial acumen with proven experience managing high-value contracts.
    • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing business partners.
