Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust commercial relationships with new and existing suppliers.
- Lead the comprehensive supplier onboarding process, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and pricing agreements for apparel sourcing.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to drive continuous improvement and compliance.
- Identify and assess new sourcing opportunities to expand the supplier network.
- Ensure all commercial activities are conducted ethically and in line with international trade practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 5+ years in commercial management, procurement, or supplier relations, ideally within the apparel industry.
- Demonstrated strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a multinational, fast-paced, and dynamic work environment.
- In-depth understanding of apparel sourcing processes and global supply chain dynamics.
