Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire credit management function, including credit assessment, approval, and monitoring.
- Develop, implement, and review credit policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Lead and mentor a team of credit officers, fostering professional growth and high performance.
- Manage the credit portfolio to minimize risk and ensure asset quality.
- Monitor economic conditions and market trends affecting credit risk, providing timely reports and recommendations.
- Collaborate with business units to support client financing needs while adhering to credit guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in credit management, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role within the banking sector.
- Strong understanding of credit risk principles, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
