    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the entire credit management function, including credit assessment, approval, and monitoring.
    • Develop, implement, and review credit policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and best practices.
    • Lead and mentor a team of credit officers, fostering professional growth and high performance.
    • Manage the credit portfolio to minimize risk and ensure asset quality.
    • Monitor economic conditions and market trends affecting credit risk, providing timely reports and recommendations.
    • Collaborate with business units to support client financing needs while adhering to credit guidelines.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in credit management, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role within the banking sector.
    • Strong understanding of credit risk principles, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance.
    • Proven leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
