Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists focused on product analytics initiatives.
• Define and execute the product analytics strategy to drive data-informed product development.
• Develop and implement advanced analytical models and A/B tests to optimize product features and user experience.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to identify key metrics and insights.
• Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations to various stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Ensure the integrity, quality, and governance of data used for all product analysis.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Data Science leadership or management role, with a strong focus on product analytics.
• Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, experimental design, and machine learning techniques.
• Expertise in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable product recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
