Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategic planning and implementation of the Dengue Program across multiple countries in Asia.
- Lead program teams and manage partnerships with national governments and key stakeholders.
- Develop and monitor program budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Provide expert technical guidance and support for dengue surveillance, prevention, and control activities.
- Analyze program data to inform strategic decision-making and report on progress and impact.
- Represent CHAI in national and regional forums related to dengue control and public health.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in public health, project management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing health programs in low- and middle-income countries.
- Strong understanding of dengue epidemiology, control strategies, and regional context in Asia.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage remote teams.
- Master’s degree in Public Health, International Development, or a related field is preferred.
