Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the strategic planning and implementation of the Dengue Program across multiple countries in Asia.
  • Lead program teams and manage partnerships with national governments and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and monitor program budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Provide expert technical guidance and support for dengue surveillance, prevention, and control activities.
  • Analyze program data to inform strategic decision-making and report on progress and impact.
  • Represent CHAI in national and regional forums related to dengue control and public health.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in public health, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing health programs in low- and middle-income countries.
  • Strong understanding of dengue epidemiology, control strategies, and regional context in Asia.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage remote teams.
  • Master’s degree in Public Health, International Development, or a related field is preferred.
