    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage complex enterprise risk consulting engagements for diverse clients in Jordan.
    • Develop and implement robust risk management frameworks, strategies, and solutions.
    • Provide expert advice on governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) matters to senior stakeholders.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.
    • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in enterprise risk management.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in enterprise risk management, risk consulting, or a closely related field.
    • Strong understanding of GRC frameworks, internal controls, and relevant regulatory requirements.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage teams, and engage effectively with C-suite level clients.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., FRM, CRM, PMP) are highly preferred.
