Key Responsibilities

• Manage all HR operations across onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, terminations and employee documentation.
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks across business units.
• Lead PROs in managing visas, Emirates IDs, medicals, renewals, cancellations and government documentation.
• Ensure accurate HRMS data entry, workflow approvals, and system updates by HR Ops teams.
• Validate monthly HR inputs including attendance exceptions, leave, additions, and deductions.
• Review HR operational workflows to identify gaps, delays, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, immigration rules, and WPS.
• Experience in managing PROs and government relations.
• Proficiency in HRMS data management and reporting.
• Excellent team leadership and capability building skills.
• Strong process improvement and operational excellence mindset.
