Job Overview
EIX Consulting is seeking a Manager – Financial Operations to lead and manage day-to-day finance operations, including banking, cashflow management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, claims and vendor payments. This role is critical in ensuring strong financial controls, accurate accounting, effective liquidity management, and compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards. The role is part of our insurance business ALFIT.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams, fostering a high-performance and customer-centric culture.
- Lead cashflow forecasting, working capital optimization, and liquidity planning.
- Oversee accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions.
- Maintain accurate customer accounts, monitor outstanding balances, and track payment history.
- Ensure timely completion of bank, vendor, and account reconciliations with minimal open items.
- Track investment income, perform fair value accounting, and ensure IFRS 9 compliance.
Requirements
- CA / CPA / ACCA / Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10–12 years of experience in Financial Operations, preferably within the Insurance sector
- Strong hands-on experience in Cashflow Management, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
- Excellent control, reconciliation, and compliance skills
- Solid understanding of IFRS and Investment Accounting
