Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the management and maintenance of KPMG’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
  • Ensure the security, availability, and performance of all critical IT systems.
  • Develop and implement infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
  • Manage infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements for infrastructure components.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the IT team and other departments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure management within a professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of network architectures, server virtualization, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical issues.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in project management.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, MCSA) are highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
