Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with KPMG’s business objectives.

Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources strategy, organizational development, or change management.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, talent management, and employee relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in French and English is highly preferred.
- Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
