NewGlobe is seeking a Manager, Policy & Partnership to join their team in Kigali, Rwanda. This role will be crucial in developing and executing strategies to build and maintain partnerships, influencing policy to further NewGlobe’s mission of transforming public education systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policy engagement strategies with government stakeholders.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including government agencies, NGOs, and international organizations.
- Monitor policy developments and provide analysis on potential impacts and opportunities for NewGlobe.
- Represent NewGlobe in relevant forums, conferences, and meetings.
- Lead the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements.
- Contribute to the development of advocacy materials and policy briefs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in policy development, advocacy, or partnership management, preferably within the education or development sector.
- Strong understanding of Rwandan (or similar developing country) education policy landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and build consensus.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
