Requirements

• Proven experience in operating model design, business transformation, or management consulting, preferably within a professional services firm.
• Strong understanding of various organizational structures, business processes, and technology landscapes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and manage project teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
