Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage special projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders for various venture initiatives and business activities.
- Provide comprehensive support to investment professionals and portfolio companies.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal departments and external partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in project management, venture capital, business development, or a similar capacity.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
