Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive market access strategies for SAJA’s pharmaceutical portfolio.
• Engage effectively with key stakeholders including government bodies, payers, and healthcare providers.
• Conduct thorough market analysis and research to identify opportunities and challenges in the Saudi healthcare landscape.
• Prepare and submit robust reimbursement dossiers and compelling value propositions for new and existing products.
• Monitor and interpret changes in healthcare policies, regulations, and their potential impact on market access and pricing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and medical teams to ensure strategic alignment and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in market access within the pharmaceutical industry.
• In-depth understanding of the Saudi Arabian healthcare system, regulatory environment, and reimbursement processes.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve successful market access outcomes.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex data and formulate strategic recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
