Job Overview
Mansystems, a leading consulting firm operating in over 100 countries, is recruiting on behalf of a major energy group in Cyprus for the position of Marketing Assistant / Coordinator. Based in Limassol, this role offers the opportunity to support the company’s marketing operations, including event management, social media, advertising campaigns, and market research.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with suppliers for quotations and promotional material orders.
- Maintain inventory records of promotional and marketing materials.
- Organize and participate in exhibitions, events, seminars, and presentations.
- Manage social media accounts and content creation in collaboration with external partners.
- Support the execution of marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Analyze marketing data and report performance, proposing improvements.
- Post updates on the company’s website.
- Handle invoices from suppliers and partners.
- Prepare and distribute company newsletters (Clip News).
- Design and prepare signage, banners, and vehicle graphics.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
- Ensure compliance with ISO quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in a similar marketing role.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Team player with flexibility, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
