    Job Overview

    Mansystems, a leading consulting firm operating in over 100 countries, is recruiting on behalf of a major energy group in Cyprus for the position of Marketing Assistant / Coordinator. Based in Limassol, this role offers the opportunity to support the company’s marketing operations, including event management, social media, advertising campaigns, and market research.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate with suppliers for quotations and promotional material orders.
    • Maintain inventory records of promotional and marketing materials.
    • Organize and participate in exhibitions, events, seminars, and presentations.
    • Manage social media accounts and content creation in collaboration with external partners.
    • Support the execution of marketing and advertising campaigns.
    • Analyze marketing data and report performance, proposing improvements.
    • Post updates on the company’s website.
    • Handle invoices from suppliers and partners.
    • Prepare and distribute company newsletters (Clip News).
    • Design and prepare signage, banners, and vehicle graphics.
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
    • Ensure compliance with ISO quality, safety, and environmental standards.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Previous experience in a similar marketing role.
    • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics.
    • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
    • Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken).
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Team player with flexibility, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
