    Key Responsibilities

    • Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across ABM, conferences, social media, email, and paid advertising.
    • Develop and maintain brand strategy, messaging, and visual identity across all channels and sales materials.
    • Plan, execute, and analyze integrated marketing campaigns to increase MQLs and conversion rates.
    • Create and manage content for multiple channels, including digital assets, collateral, emails, websites, social media, and events.
    • Establish and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights for marketing investments and ROI.
    • Manage budgets, assess channel effectiveness, and optimize marketing activities based on data-driven recommendations.

    Requirements

    • 10+ years of experience leading B2B professional services marketing, ideally for agencies or consulting firms serving nonprofits and for-profit clients.
    • Demonstrated experience developing marketing strategies, managing budgets, and executing cross-channel campaigns.
    • Strong proficiency with AI tools for marketing automation and workflow optimization.
    • Proven ability to drive MQL growth and support MQL-to-SQL conversion.
    • Hands-on experience creating digital assets, writing copy, and managing campaigns independently.
    • Excellent data analysis and prioritization skills, with a strategic and tenacious mindset.
