    Job Overview

    Seddiqi Holding seeks a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive in Dubai to support daily execution of strategic marketing initiatives
    across a diversified luxury portfolio (watches, properties, services). You’ll coordinate stakeholders, events, and campaigns;
    manage content and website updates; and drive reporting and research to ensure premium, on-brand experiences both online and offline.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in planning and executing local and regional campaigns across online and offline channels.
    • Provide end-to-end support for events, exhibitions, and activations (planning, logistics, vendors, on-site).
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to keep plans aligned, scheduled, and on time.
    • Conduct market and competitive research; monitor progress and report performance with corrective actions.
    • Maintain marketing calendar; gather and update required content and assets.
    • Oversee creation of marketing content consistent with luxury tone and visual identity.
    • Update brand pages and banners on Seddiqi.com; brief teams on layouts and web content.
    • Collaborate with PR and media partners to enhance brand visibility.
    • Ensure SKU consistency, categorization, and accurate product recommendations with brand teams.
    • Support strategic briefs for creative, PR, media, and production; align with objectives and timelines.
    • Align digital campaigns with offline initiatives; coordinate pop-ups and in-mall activations.
    • Coordinate with communications on campaigns; monitor social traffic and effectiveness.
    • Partner with sales to support retail marketing and clienteling.
    • Track campaign performance and sales impact; recommend optimizations.
    • Compile budgets, manage invoices and payments, and produce post-event reports and records.
    • Manage vendor relationships and logistics (planning, procurement, gifting, follow-ups).
    • Prepare minutes of meetings and regular reports.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 1–3 years of marketing experience (minimum 2 years in the UAE market).
    • Familiarity with PR, marketing, media, and luxury brand standards.
    • Excellent IT skills across communications-related applications.
    • Organized, detail-oriented, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
