    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of international events and roadshows, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
    • Manage all aspects of big stage setups, entertainment performances, and gala dinner management to create memorable experiences.
    • Act as the account manager for international events, overseeing logistics and maintaining relationships with global suppliers and agencies.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, including procurement, finance, creative, and sales departments.
    • Liaise with external partners, agencies, and suppliers to coordinate logistics, and ensure adherence to budget and timelines.
    • Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring all activities are delivered within financial parameters.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in international event management, preferably in a marketing or brand-focused environment.
    • Proven expertise in large-scale event execution, including stage setup, entertainment coordination, and gala dinner management.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with internal teams and external partners.
